08 May 22 2013, the Government issued Decree 95/2013/ND-CP stipulating penalty of administrative violations in the field of labor, social insurance and employees working in Vietnam country under Contracts.
	According to Decree 95/2013/ND-CP guiding regulations to specify the penalties as follows:
	- 
		Violation of the provisions of the Employment Service
 
	- 
		Violation of the commitment of the labor contract
 
	- 
		Violation of the provisions of the Probation
 
	- 
		Violation of regulations on the implementation of the labor contract
 
	- 
		Violation of the provisions of the amendment, supplement or terminate the labor contract
 
	- 
		Violation of regulations on labor leasing
 
	- 
		Violation of the provisions on training and retraining, improve skills
 
	- 
		Violation of the provisions of the dialogue in the workplace
 
	- 
		Violation of the provisions of collective negotiation, agreement
 
	- 
		Violation of regulations on wages
 
	- 
		Violation of regulations on working time, rest time
 
	Violation of the provisions of labor discipline, material responsibility
